Neonates experience a disproportionately high burden of seizures. However, the unique presentations, treatment efficacy, and other epidemiological characteristics of early onset seizures and epilepsy remain poorly characterized. We collaborate in a multi-institutional consortium to characterize the natural history, predictive features, and long-term outcomes of children with neonatal seizures.
